1. Who we are

NudePR is a trading name of JamPrime Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 14741853, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.

We are a public relations agency. We represent adult content creators, performers and the brands around them, and we place their stories with newspapers, magazines, broadcasters and online publishers.

JamPrime Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. That means we are responsible for how your information is used, and you can hold us to it.

If you have any question about this policy, want a copy of your data, or want us to stop using it, email hello@nudepr.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what we do with personal data belonging to:

  • Clients — creators, performers and brands who engage us, and anyone whose story we are asked to place
  • Enquirers — people who contact us or book a call but do not become clients
  • Subscribers — people who sign up for our email updates
  • Journalists and media contacts — the people we pitch stories to
  • Applicants — people who apply to work with us

3. What we collect, and why

Clients

To do our job we need to know your story, which means we handle more sensitive information than most agencies.

What we collectWhy
Name, stage or professional name, date of birth, contact detailsTo identify you, confirm you are over 18, and communicate with you
Your platform handles and linksTo reference your work accurately in pitches
The details of your story, in your wordsThis is the service. We cannot pitch a story we do not have
Photographs and video you providePublishers require images to run a story
Correspondence with usTo keep an accurate record of what you approved
Coverage results — where you appeared, when, and the outletTo report back to you and to evidence our work
Bank or payment detailsTo invoice you or pay you where relevant

Special category data. Stories frequently involve information that UK data protection law treats as requiring extra protection: your health, your sex life or sexual orientation, your relationships, your religious or political views, or your racial or ethnic origin. A story about a diagnosis, a relationship breakdown, or your experience working in the adult industry all fall into this category.

We only handle this information on the basis of your explicit consent, given in writing, for a specific story. We ask for that approval before each story goes out, and we keep the record of it.

Our lawful bases: performance of our contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) for the ordinary details, and your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)) for special category data.

Enquirers

If you contact us or book a call, we collect your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your situation. We use it to respond to you and to prepare for the call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services (Article 6(1)(f)). If you tell us sensitive details on a first call, we treat them under the same explicit consent rules as above.

Call requests come in through a form on our website. The form stores your answers in our own website database and emails them to us so nothing gets missed. We reply to arrange a time.

Subscribers

If you sign up for email updates we collect your name and email address. Our lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Journalists and media contacts

We keep a working contact list of journalists, editors and producers: name, outlet, role, professional contact details, and notes on what they cover. We use it to pitch stories that are relevant to their beat. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in carrying on a PR business, and yours in receiving relevant pitches rather than irrelevant ones (Article 6(1)(f)). Tell us to stop and we will remove you.

Applicants

If you apply to work with us we collect your CV, contact details and anything else you send, and use it to assess your application. We keep unsuccessful applications for six months and then delete them.

4. What happens when we place your story

This is the section that matters most, so we are putting it plainly rather than burying it.

When you approve a story, we send your information — including your name, your images, and the sensitive personal details you have agreed to share — to journalists and publishers. Once they publish it:

  • It is public, and it is permanent. The article can be read, copied, screenshotted, quoted and re-published by anyone in the world.
  • We do not control it. The publisher becomes responsible for that data as its own controller, under its own privacy policy and its own editorial judgement.
  • We cannot take it back. If you change your mind after publication, we will ask the publisher to amend or remove the article, and we will tell you honestly what they say. But we cannot promise they will agree, and most will not. Press publishers can rely on exemptions in data protection law for journalism.
  • It may be syndicated. Publishers routinely share stories with other outlets, including overseas, and we cannot always predict where a story will end up.

Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@nudepr.com. From that moment we stop pitching the story and stop sharing your information. Withdrawal does not undo anything already published, for the reasons above.

We would rather you were certain before a story goes out than sorry afterwards. If you are unsure, tell us and we will hold it.

5. Who we share your data with

Where that happens we rely on the UK adequacy findings or on the International Data Transfer Agreement and UK Addendum, with appropriate safeguards in place. Our website hosting is in the UK, so no transfer occurs for the site database itself.

7. Your rights

  • Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Delete it, where we have no overriding reason to keep it
  • Restrict how we use it while a dispute is resolved
  • Port it to you or another provider in a machine-readable format
  • Stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent, at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on

Email hello@nudepr.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner Office at ico.org.uk, or call 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies make the site work and cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies, set through Google Analytics, tell us how many people visit and which pages they read; these only run if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time by reopening your cookie settings.

9. Age

Our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we verify that clients are over 18 before we act for them. If you believe we hold data about a child, email hello@nudepr.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell clients and subscribers directly rather than relying on you to notice.
